Once your order has been placed, it is checked, printed, cut out and carefully packaged. As soon as the parcel leaves our workshop, an e-mail containing all the information about your delivery is sent to you (“Your order has been sent”). You can use the included link to track the delivery in detail. Don’t hesitate to check your spam box to make sure you’ve received the e-mail.
If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives, your parcel may be dropped off at a delivery point. You can find out the address of this relay point by clicking on the tracking link displayed in the “Where is my order” section or on the dispatch confirmation e-mail.
