Terms and conditions of sale for invitation cards :
Invitation orders may be placed in increments of 50 or more (50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, etc.). Orders placed with intermediate numbers will be rounded up to the next whole number. There may be a difference in colour tones between the original and the screenshot of the product, which cannot be accepted as an error. If available in the product content, prices include ribbon, accessory, envelope and value added tax. Our company cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur after final approval of the invitation design. The product preparation time after final approval of the invitation design is approximately 4 weeks for standard offset printing. In exceptional cases, our company reserves the right to extend this period by a few days. If gold leaf printing is requested, this period may be extended by up to 5 weeks.
The guarantee for each product on our website is not available in our stocks. Many products are prepared according to orders and requests. Although our website is up to date, some imported products may be out of stock with the importer. In such cases, you will be informed of the situation within 2 working days and your approval will be sought or your payment will be refunded to your specified account, which may cause a delay in the dispatch of the product. Our company is not responsible for commissions, fees, etc. charged by institutions in your bank transfer or Paypal payments. Our company does not take into account verbal requests concerning form, quality, delivery time, delivery address information and other general characteristics that affect the sale of the product. Such requests must be notified in writing by e-mail and confirmed by both parties. Problems, complaints and requests must first be reported by filling in the form in the product returns section of our website. Our company cannot be held responsible for legal matters directly initiated without notifying our company of the complaint and the reasons. Any legal cases that may arise in this regard fall within the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts of the Republic of Turkey.
Returns conditions; Returns of personalised products, wedding gifts produced outside the on-demand concept and products that have lost their resaleability will not be accepted unless they are faulty. Every purchase you make on our website is guaranteed to be exactly the same as the product displayed on the site. You can ask us questions about size, colour and product details by email. We ask that you do not order a product that you are unsure about purchasing or whose integrity you cannot understand. The product cannot be recycled once it has been produced.
