Why does Mon joli faire-part collect my personal data?

Mon joli faire-part uses your personal data mainly for the following purposes

Management of orders and customer relations

We need information about you to manage your orders and their follow-up (e.g. deliveries, invoices, accounting and in particular the management of customer areas, the management of the discount and promotional code programme, customer relations such as satisfaction surveys, the management of complaints and after-sales service, the selection of customers to carry out studies, surveys and product tests.

•  Payment of your orders

When you pay on our sites, your payments are secure. Mon joli faire-part does not collect your payment details but only a payment identifier. All of your bank details are only collected by our payment service provider, the CIC bank, which guarantees payment security.

Payment on purchase :
When you pay for an order, the card used for payment is not stored by our services.

CONSERVATION PERIODS

Most data (e.g. your Customer Account information and order history) is kept for as long as you are an “active” customer and for a period of 5 years from your last activity (e.g. sharing of data within the Mon joli faire-part group for customer knowledge purposes archived with restricted access for an additional period for limited reasons authorised by law (payment, guarantee, disputes, etc.). After this period, the data will be deleted.
